ABBEY JOY

Jonah's welcome box was built from the ground up — concept, sourcing, and every piece of collateral inside it — with one goal: make a new client's first touchpoint feel like the start of a relationship, not a transaction. That meant thinking past the box itself and into every physical object a client would actually unpack: coffee bags, matchbooks, candles, totes, each one researched, sourced, and designed to reinforce the same sense of care. The visual identity stayed grounded and minimal — deep greens, warm kraft tones, and clean type — so nothing felt like an afterthought or a mismatched add-on. The result is an experience that's cohesive from the outside in, turning a simple delivery into something that feels considered at every layer of the unboxing.
